Weekly classes for all levels

Beginners/Intermediate Class: live in West Ealing

Chi Gung warm-up. Tai Chi principles (Yin and Yang, how to relax through Tai Chi, how to apply Tai Chi to your everyday life); breathing and mindfulness exercises; basic stances and moves;  "free-style" Tai Chi - moving with purpose; short sequences of moves; Tai Chi form. 

​Where : West Ealing, All About Exercise Studio near Sainsbury's
When:  starts again 16th October 2020 - you then can join any time if there is a place available  


Cost:
  • £13 (Pay-as-you go; you will have to sign-up for each session, places are limited and cannot be guaranteed)
  • £11 (Pay-in-advance;  to reserve your place, you may pre-pay per calendar month. You won't get reimbursed if you miss a pre-paid class, unless you are ill or have Covid-19 related reasons - such as self-isolation requirements, symptoms, etc).  ​A regular month has four Mondays (£44 for four classes). Price will be adapted in shorter/longer months. We usually offer classes during school holidays, but not on Bank Holidays. 

Intermediate/Advanced Class: live in West Ealing - and per Zoom

Content: Chi Gung warm-up, mindfulness and breathing exercises, basic training, energy-applications of different moves (e.g. how to use a sequence of moves to calm yourself down, or to raise your energy), practising forms, exploring Shaolin animal styles, self defence applications.

Live class: West Ealing Studio (above Sainsbury's) Mondays 11.45-12.45pm
Cost: ​ £13 per class (pre-paid per calendar month). We will introduce a discount scheme once we have more students in this class again. 

Zoom class: Mondays, 4.00-5.00pm.
Cost: £8.50 per class pre-paid (£34 for four classes).

Intermediate/Advanced Class (Tai Chi and Kung Fu): Outdoors

Where:   Outdoors 
When:    Tuesdays at 12.30-ca. 1.30pm
Cost:        £10 per class (pay-as-you go, depending on weather)
Content: Spirit-of-the-Sword form of the Tai Chi Tong Lon association, Shaolin Long Fist form and Animal-styles (such as Dragon Form), Iron Fan training for advanced participants per request.
The content is partly custom-designed to individual people's needs (what they like to learn next...). 

Who is it for:
  • Students of intermediate/advanced levels 
  • Students who have attended the 8-weeks Beginners course or have been in the weekly Beginners class for a while
  • Former students who have trained with Andrea, or with Sifu Jeff Ayres in Perivale
