Weight Management Coaching
Whether you need to loose weight or gain weight - we will not focus on calories or discuss the latest diets in these sessions. Instead, you will experience ways of re-connecting with your inner strength to bring your dreams alive and step into your joy. Living a healthy lifestyle and feeling active and engaged are then much easier.
Based on your needs, we will create a program for you that will combine physical elements (Nordic walking, martial arts inspired practices, breathing exercises, relaxation) with mental training (visualisation, meditation, mindfulness). The overall goal: You make peace with your body, step into your full potential and 'grow your wings'. And you will have a set of tools that you can apply outside of the sessions, whenever you need them.
What we may do in a session
Your sessions will be fully custom-designed to your needs. They may contain the following elements:
Tai chi exercises will kick-start your metabolism and help you build muscle strength and agility.
Breathing, meditation and visualisation exercises will help you relax, connect to your essence and find new strength and inspiration.

Many of the body, mind, and spirit lessons we learn when studying martial arts are also applicable outside of the training hall. Creating energy, balancing it, unblocking it, focusing it and putting it to work - all these are important skills that we can learn from the ancient masters.
