My name is Andrea Bugari.
I am a leadership coach, a martial arts trainer,
a meditation teacher
and a Nordic walking instructor.

I combine mental and physical development methods
to help you reconnect with your inner strength, joy and wisdom,

​Nordic Walking:
One-on-One

Bored with the same local walk every day? Learn something new and turn your walk into a full-body workout! Fitness Pole Walking uses 90% of your muscles and can burn up to 45% more calories than regular walking. It is gentle on your joints, good for your back - and fun!
These private lessons - and later guided walks - can count as your daily exercise outdoors. It is legal to work with a sports trainer one-on-one, and we will take all Covid precautions very seriously to stay safe. 
Lockdown special:
  • 25% off: Two lessons (to cover the Foundation course): £60 instead of £80 (pole hire included).
  • 50% off: One-on-one walks after the course: £12
  • Hanwell or Ealing area. 

Tai Chi Chuan online:
Private Lessons

Tired of the good old family Zooms or quiz games? Do something new this year: Invite your family to some Tai Chi based workout sessions, custom-designed to the needs of your group (we can add moving meditation, Shaolin animal styles or some Kung Fu  to keep the kids interested). 
Tai Chi Chuan is excellent for balance, stress release, agility, focus, muscle strength and mental well being. It can be done until late in life, as it is gentle on your joints, back, and heart.  
Lockdown special: 
  • Group sessions: £40 per hour
  • Private lessons: Custom designed to your needs, ideal for older people stuck at home: £40 per hour / £25 per half hour.

Mind-body Hotline: Just-in-time sessions

Exhausted by your key-worker role, challenged by home-schooling or worn out by feelings of boredom and  isolation? I offer 'pick-me-up' mind-body sessions at a time that suits you. You can send an email and we schedule a Zoom session spontaneously (every day, until 10.30pm), or you can book an ongoing session. It will be custom-designed to your needs (for example: breathing exercises, stretching, moving meditation, life coaching, Tai Chi exercises or guided visualisations).  
Lockdown special:
  • 15 min session: £12
  • 30 min session: £25
  • 45 min session: £35

Beginner classes

We run our eight-weeks Beginners Course in Ealing usually twice a year.  I addition, you may join our evening beginners/intermediate class or the Tai Chi Workout per Zoom.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to take up Tai Chi.  It allows you to forget about everything else for the duration of the class and I find I am more relaxed in mind and more energised in body afterwards - Thelma

Advanced classes

Private Lessons

In person or per Zoom at a time that suits you. You can either work on the full Curriculum in regular sessions, or take a few custom-designed sessions to support your development or a life transition.

Well done, Nordic Walkers!

Our Nordic walkers collected £1200 in December 2020, as we participated in the Big Walk fundraising effort for Shelter (a charity that supports homeless people). 
​A big thank-you to everybody who participated!
Our guided group walks are targeted at different ability and fitness levels. The goals are achieving a good workout, improving your technique and spending quality time with others. You must take our Foundation course before joining the walks.
Based on Covid 19 regulations, I currently limit the group size , therefore, you need to sign up for each walk (social distancing in place).

We combine the best of Tai chi, Nordic walking, Meditation and Coaching - creating an inspiring, custom-designed experience for your team.
Events can focus on fitness, fun and team spirit, or they can include modules about conflict resolution, effective communication and collaboration. The sessions can be stand-alone or added to a meeting or training seminar; this is great after a day of sitting down and 'thinking' together - get up and work with your 'physical intelligence'.
​Government regulations will apply during the Pandemic; we can do your event outdoors, on Zoom, or in an appropriate venue of your choice that allows for social distancing.
