Mind-body Hotline: Just-in-time sessionsExhausted by your key-worker role, challenged by home-schooling or worn out by feelings of boredom and isolation? I offer 'pick-me-up' mind-body sessions at a time that suits you. You can send an email and we schedule a Zoom session spontaneously (every day, until 10.30pm), or you can book an ongoing session. It will be custom-designed to your needs (for example: breathing exercises, stretching, moving meditation, life coaching, Tai Chi exercises or guided visualisations).

Beginner classesWe run our eight-weeks Beginners Course in Ealing usually twice a year. I addition, you may join our evening beginners/intermediate class or the Tai Chi Workout per Zoom.
More info I would highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to take up Tai Chi. It allows you to forget about everything else for the duration of the class and I find I am more relaxed in mind and more energised in body afterwards - Thelma |

Private LessonsIn person or per Zoom at a time that suits you. You can either work on the full Curriculum in regular sessions, or take a few custom-designed sessions to support your development or a life transition.
More info My private lessons per Zoom are a real 'pick-me-up', as I often attend after a hard day at work. After each lesson, I feel relaxed, stronger in my body, more peaceful and more optimistic about my problem-solving ability. I really need this now - Mike |

I really enjoy taking part in the walks. I discovered areas of Ealing I didn’t know existed, met some lovely new friends, and improved my fitness and well-being. It’s the ideal form of exercise for me as it is gentle on the body and yet I get a workout without being exhausted at the end. After a walk I feel relaxed and energised - Chiara Well done, Nordic Walkers!Our Nordic walkers collected £1200 in December 2020, as we participated in the Big Walk fundraising effort for Shelter (a charity that supports homeless people).

Our guided group walks are targeted at different ability and fitness levels. The goals are achieving a good workout, improving your technique and spending quality time with others. You must take our Foundation course before joining the walks.
Based on Covid 19 regulations, I currently limit the group size , therefore, you need to sign up for each walk (social distancing in place). More info and schedule On our walks, there is always time to enjoy nature and discover the little wonders of the wayside.

Events can focus on fitness, fun and team spirit, or they can include modules about conflict resolution, effective communication and collaboration. The sessions can be stand-alone or added to a meeting or training seminar; this is great after a day of sitting down and 'thinking' together - get up and work with your 'physical intelligence'.
