Mind-body Hotline
(Tai Chi, Meditation, Mindfulness, Coaching)

These Zoom-sessions help you relax, recharge your batteries and gain new inspiration. They are scheduled "just-in-time", when you need them most; after a hard day at work, when you feel stressed or stuck, or when you struggle with a specific challenge and can't stop your brain from spinning. Depending on your needs, we will use breathing exercises, tai chi, moving meditation, guided visualisation, or coaching. 
We will have a short chat at the beginning of the session, to explore your needs on this specific day. I then make a suggestion what we will do.

Scheduling and costs

The idea is that you book these sessions when you need them; even spontaneously on the same day.
Zoom sessions can be delivered until late at night - when your business meetings are over and the kids are in bed. We serve global clients online - currently in the UK, Europe and the USA. We are used to working with time gaps and cultural differences.

Per Zoom only: £60 per hour. Shorter sessions available.

About Andrea

Andrea is a licenced Tai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu instructor in West London.
She is also a Reiki master and meditation teacher and runs regular guided meditation groups in person and per Zoom

• If you join our lessons online, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety. You won't be insured.  
• We will do guided meditations and light physical movement; if you have any concerns about your ability to attend, you may want to talk to your doctor first.  This will be important if you have mental health issues, live with a chronic illness, have undergone recent surgery or have a heart condition.
• Attending a Hotline Session will help you with your mental and physical wellbeing. However, it does not replace seeing your GP, a psychologist or social worker if you feel ill, clinically depressed or majorly challenged in your life. Hotline sessions are for everyday stress release, balance, focus... they are not healing or counselling sessions. 
• You will need a safe, empty space in your home (no sharp edges of furniture in case you fall or bump into something). You should be able to take about two short steps forward, backward and to the sides.
