Stress Management Coaching
We live in a dynamic, complex and fast-moving society. This can cause stress and stress-related illnesses. Reconnecting to your 'inner power' and managing your energy will enable you to find vitality, inspiration and connection with others in these crazy times.
Stress factors may be thrown at you by your life or work context. But your experience of 'stress' is created in your mind and reflected in your body. Therefore, in our coaching sessions, we will use mental and physical methods to work with stress. You will learn how to work with your mindset and your physical intelligence, while connecting to your true essence and your inner resources. Depending on your needs and preferred working style, we will combine executive coaching methods, guided meditation, active visualisation and Tai Chi exercises. You will learn how to relax, while remaining present and engaged. |

Using Tai Chi principlesTai Chi exercises will teach you how to relax your body while remaining present and engaged. Setbacks are a normal part of our life; through developing your 'inner warrior spirit' you will learn how to recover quickly and find constructive ways of dealing with barriers and resistance. Your natural resilience will increase - without having to push yourself so hard.
You will explore hard and soft approaches to problem solving and conflict resolution (using the ancient Asian principles of Yin and Yang; the soft/flowing/receiving and the hard/fast/expanding energy). Learning to 'yield with purpose' - to consciously decide which challenges to engage with and where to let go - is an important martial arts skill. It can be easily applied to our everyday and work life. |
Using Mindfulness & MeditationYou may want to upscale your time management skills, but the true success factor of stress management is not creating better to-do lists, but working with your 'energy' in a different way. Through meditation and visualisation, you can find and expand your inner power-sources. We can coach you to clarify your purpose, priorities, values and guiding principles. Being more mindful of who you are and what you want to do - without sweating the small stuff - will help you live with more balance and joy.
