Who is this class for?

  • Everybody who enjoys a focused and friendly learning atmosphere. This class is non-competitive, all students progress at their own speed and decide how much time they can dedicate to practice.
  • People who appreciate a day-time class as a welcome energy boost for the start of their week.
  • Retired people who started Tai Chi a bit later in life or have trained a different Martial Art when they were younger: We have a lot of experience teaching people who are over 50. Our oldest student is in his eighties.
  • Adults only, no children.

The joy of training: Benefits

Picture
Learning Tai Chi Chuan has a variety of mental, physical, and emotional benefits. Its core goal is creating balance; inner calm is good for your health, and will positively influence your life and relationships. After some months of training, you will feel stronger, more relaxed, focused and self-confident.
Training together also has an important social aspect: Some of our students have been training together for years and have developed friendships outside of the gym. It is nice to be on this path together.
