Team Sessions

We can custom design live or online sessions that help team members stay physically and mentally fit and keep up the team spirit. Online sessions can contain Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Gong, Meditation and Mindfulness exercises. 
Live sessions can take your team on an adventure iwth Martial Arts, Nordic Walking - or a Walk in the Wild Woods which will look and feel a bit different from a boring Sunday walk...

Our workshops offer an exciting combination of learning, having fun together, and increasing the team spirit. They can be stand-alone team building events, or add-ons to a conference or strategic meeting. They offer a welcome change to long stretches of sitting down and doing 'brain work'.
We can custom design your workshop to reflect your event or conference theme, allowing participants to find new solutions and insights by relaxing and working more with their 'right brain'.

Andrea is an experienced Team Coach and Martial Artist

Andrea has worked with companies in an international context for over 30 years - providing executive coaching and team development. She is a certified martial arts instructor and meditation teacher.  
She knows how teams 'tick' and will be able to custom design a program that will reflect your team's specific needs and culture.

Tai Chi for Team Spirit and De-stress

We use mind and body work - inspired by the martial arts - to help team members relax and connect. The focus is on having fun together and celebrating team spirit while learning a group Tai Chi form.
This workshop will help to increase trust, develop a new mindset for managing conflicts, and align around a shared purpose. Participants learn how to anticipate and overcome potential barriers when implementing the new ideas and strategies gained in the conference back in the workplace.
And each participant will have a set of exercises for stress release and focusing. 

Nordic Walking for Fitness and Fun

Nordic walking is a whole-body workout that is fun, relaxing, and gentle on the joints. It was developed in the 1930 for the Finnish Olympic ski team and is now the fastest growing sport across the world.
If you introduce your team to Nordic walking, you show that you are committed to supporting them with fitness and stress release.
We can take your team out on a crash course to get them pole-walking,  go for a walk together and do some fun team building games. And who knows, maybe you will buy some poles for your team to use over the lunch-break...

Wild Wood Walk for New Inspiration

Spending time in Nature helps with stress-release and re-energises. Spending time with us in nature also gives your team more inspiration and a set of good stories they can share with their families. 
We will custom-design a nature walk for you. It will contain elements of ethno-botany; stories about human's relationships with plants: The hidden life of nettles and dandelion; the folklore and ancient use in a medical, practical and spiritual way. 
We can also build in some guided meditation; connecting to a tree, or a river to let go of old burdens and regain new energy. 

Design and Costs:
Once we understand your needs, we will make you an offer about the timing, content and cost of a team event.

Martial Arts and Strategy

Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art with mental  principles that can inspire business life: Focus, balance, strategy, peaceful conflict resolution, clarity, resilience.  Hence, in addition to having fun and relaxing, team members can gain new insights by tapping into the deep knowledge that comes from focused movement and mindfulness work. You will decide how much emphasis we put on mental aspects of Tai Chi.
