Tai Chi and Coaching
​for Leaders 

Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art and a movement-meditation that fosters stress release, balance, focus, agility and overall health. It can be easily taught per Zoom or Skype.  Read more about Shaolin Tai Chi.
We also offer executive coaching sessions that combine mental and physical methods to help leaders increase their effectiveness and satisfaction at work. 

Custom-designed to your needs

Tai Chi Chuan Private Lessons:
​You can book Zoom sessions at a time that suits you (can be scheduled until 11.00pm UK time. Specially useful if you prepare for an important meeting or presentation).

Mind-body Coaching Sessions: 
We can custom-design a program for you that combines executive coaching methods with Tai Chi, breathing exercises and mental training (visualisation, meditation, mindfulness).

Andrea is a Leadership Coach, Meditation Teacher & Martial Artist 

Andrea Bugari has been a leadership coach and team facilitator for over 30 years.  She also had in-house roles and knows the highs and lows of executive work from the inside-out. 
Over the last 15 years, she has combined her business coaching methods with new and innovative approaches inspired by physical intelligence, meditation/ mindfulness and the martial arts. She is a licensed meditation teacher and Tai Chi Chuan instructor.

Benefits of Tai Chi for Leaders

Each session will make you feel relaxed, energised and calm. After a few sessions, you will have a set of tools that you can use whenever you need them; ranking from two-minutes breathing exercises that get you ready for a presentation, to longer physical sequences that help you focus and relax.

Capturing your audience or communication partner requires skills on many levels. We will show you best practices and use Tai Chi principles and breathing exercises to make them stick. Drivers of Executive Presence:

  • Physical aspects: Your stance, your use of gestures and an appropriate tone of voice.
  • Rapport building with your audience: How to use empathy, storytelling and personal examples.
  • Engagement: Working with powerful questions and listening to create innovative dialogue, as opposed to 'downloading' your point of view.

Corporate Training Offers

We offer training and  team workshops for companies who want to create a climate of vitality that fosters high performance, engagement and continuous learning without causing stress. These sessions are custom-designed and may combine executive coaching methods, Tai Chi principles, and visualisation exercises. They can be delivered by Zoom or Skype during the Lockdown. When martial artists train, they practice kicks and punches, but more importantly, they train their inner energy - called 'Chi'.
Having strong and balanced 'Chi' is a core ingredient of Vitality:
feeling fully alive, inspired and happy.
Many of the body, mind, and spirit lessons we learn when studying martial arts are also applicable outside of the training hall. Creating energy, finding balance, unblocking barriers, focusing intent and following through - all these are important skills that we can learn from the ancient masters.
