Mind-body Hotline: Just-in-time sessionsExhausted by your key-worker role, challenged by home-schooling or worn out by feelings of boredom and isolation? I offer 'pick-me-up' mind-body sessions at a time that suits you. You can send an email and we schedule a Zoom session spontaneously (every day, until 10.30pm), or you can book an ongoing session. It will be custom-designed to your needs (for example: breathing exercises, stretching, moving meditation, life coaching, Tai Chi exercises or guided visualisations).
