Tai Chi and Mindfulness
We use mind and body work - inspired by the martial arts - to help team members relax and connect. The focus is on having fun together and celebrating team spirit while learning a group Tai Chi form. Your workshop can also help to increase trust, develop a new mindset for managing conflicts, and align around a shared purpose. Participants learn how to anticipate and overcome potential barriers when implementing the new ideas and strategies gained in the conference back in the workplace.

Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is a whole-body workout that is fun, relaxing, and gentle on the joints. It was developed in the 1930 for the Finnish Olympic ski team and is now the fastest growing sport across the world.
If you introduce your team to Nordic walking, you can demonstrate that you are committed to supporting them with fitness and stress release. We can take your team out on a crash course to get them pole-walking, go for a walk together and do some fun team building games around pole-walking. |
