Meditations in NatureYou will learn how to re-energise and gain new inspiration by connecting to trees, plants, and other features of nature. For example, if you need to bring more flow into your life, we will go and sit with a river and do a guided visualisation journey while listening to the water's burbling. Depending on your needs, these meditations can just be one-hour sessions in a local park, or a full day of magical nature-connections out of town.

Medicine Gardens and SanctuariesIf you have a kitchen garden or plan to create a dedicated garden-area for reflection and meditation, I can advise you on the folklore and medical qualities of your plants. Many of the kitchen herbs and 'weeds' in your garden can offer hidden gifts: Some of them have been known and used as medical plants for thousands of years. All of them have an inner essence that you can explore through guided meditation.
