Tai Chi Chuan has many mental and physical health benefits: you will release stress; improve your focus, memory and agility; balance your mind, body and emotions; and find new friends.
We teach in a way that everybody can learn it; taking the long forms apart and arranging the moves in short sequences, so that they can be practiced more easily. You do not have to remember all the moves to get health benefits. You will also learn about the energy applications of Tai Chi - how you can use the mental principles of this ancient Martial art in your everyday life to be more mindful. We train in a focused, friendly atmosphere, without any competitive undertones. Everybody develops at their own speed, and students help each other. Don't worry if you have never done Tai Chi or start it late in life; we are experienced teachers for older students. |

I really enjoy taking part in the walks. I discovered areas of Ealing I didn’t know existed, met some lovely new friends, and improved my fitness and well-being. It’s the ideal form of exercise for me as it is gentle on the body and yet I get a workout without being exhausted at the end. After a walk I feel relaxed and energised - Chiara |
