We run this 8-week beginner's course every spring and autumn, to help people get started and enable them to join our regular class.

Intermediate Class
This is a beginners/intermediate class. Please take our Beginners Course first. Our students' age ranks from 50-85; so don't be shy if your hair has turned silver.

Advanced Class
This is an outdoor class where we practice our long form ( Tai Chi Tong Lon) and explore connections to Kung Fu. This is appropriate after 1-2 years of practice.

Mind-body CoachingCustom-designed to your needs, these sessions use a combination of best-in-class executive coaching tools, martial arts principles, meditation, mindfulness training and Tai chi exercises.
Sample topics are: Stress Management, Public Speaking, Leadership, Stage Presence, Peak Sports Performance. More info |
Self Treatment: ReikiReiki is a Japanese self-development, meditation and hands-on healing technique. We offer Reiki seminars and private lessons for people who would like to learn Reiki for their own private use. On our walks, there is always time to enjoy nature and discover the little wonders of the wayside.

Guided group walks - targeted at different ability and fitness levels (from challenging Dynamic walks to 30-minute Mini walks). Focus on the shared walking experience, but you also will get some feedback and teaching. You must take one of our courses before joining the walks (besides Mini walks).

The best of Tai chi, Nordic walking, mindfulness and business coaching - combined in an inspiring session for your team. We will custom-design the session to match your needs. Events can focus on fun and team building, or they can include modules about conflict resolution, effective communication, collaboration and innovative thinking. The courses can be stand-alone or added to a meeting or training seminar.
